Overnight Boarding Service
We offer overnight care for your dog, both in your home or the home of a suitable dog sitter from our community.
Step 1: In our request form we will ask you for details about your dog and also a start date + time and end date + time for the overnight service.
Please note: it is possible to update the dates and times after the meeting with the dog sitter but if these change too much the same dog sitter might not be available so we recommend finalizing your dates before sending us a request.
Step 2: We will recommend a dog sitter from our community who is a good match for your dog and available on your dates
Step 3: Then we will arrange a meeting for you and your dog to meet the dog sitter
Step 4: If all goes well at the meeting, we will confirm your booking and block the dog sitter's calendar for your dates
Our Daycare Service
You can book daycare for your dog either in your own home or the home of a suitable dog sitter. We accept requests for regular ongoing daycare and also for daycare on just some specific dates.
Step 1: We ask you how often you would like daycare and the timings (For example: just for one date or twice a week or everyday)
Step 2: We check for a dog sitter from our community who is a good match for your dog and your daycare requirement
Step 3: Then we will arrange a meeting for you and your dog to meet the dog sitter.
Please note: We recommend discussing specific dates for daycare at the meeting so you and dog sitter can already agree on these.
Step 4: If everything is good at the meeting, we will ask you to confirm specific dates you wish to book and we will confirm the booking accordingly and block these dates in the dog sitter's calendar
Please note: For ongoing/regaular daycare you will need to share 5/10/15 dates with us each time. We will check these dates with the same dog sitter (or even a combination of dog sitters from our community if this is alright with you) and then we will process the booking. We manage daycare in this manner so that there is flexibility for both you and the dog sitter to change dates in case your schedule changes in a particular month.
